Flexible, where you plan the destination, or one of our Ready-to-go Routes.

Pick the option you prefer
In Flexible mode you choose the duration; for routes, the destination. Then the date and pickup time on the calendar.

Enter your details
Names and ID or passport of each passenger, where we pick you up (hotel, Airbnb or airport), luggage and whether children are traveling.

Paga en línea
Confirmas tu reserva con un abono del 20% o pagas el total en línea. Recibes la confirmación por correo.

Late cancellation
No hay devolución del abono del 20%, porque cubre la jornada reservada del chofer bilingüe y el bloqueo del vehículo. Si pagaste el total, te devolvemos el 80% restante.
How many people can travel?
From 1 to 4 passengers. The price is per car, not per person. If you are more than 4, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 3 days in advance.
How do I pay for my booking?
Al reservar eliges pagar en línea un abono del 20% del valor del viaje o el total, con Mercado Pago. Si pagas el abono, antes del viaje te enviamos por correo un link de Mercado Pago para pagar el saldo.
Where do you pick me up?
At your hotel, Airbnb or the airport. You enter the address when booking and we coordinate the details on WhatsApp.
How much luggage can I bring?
Up to 2 carry-on bags or 1 large suitcase (L). If you're bringing more, message us beforehand and we'll arrange it.
Can children travel?
Yes. We have child seats and boosters: when booking, tell us each child's age and approximate weight so we can prepare the right one.
Do you accept pets?
We don't accept pets for now.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes. Our drivers speak Spanish and English.
Can I add stops or extend the trip?
In Flexible mode you decide the route. If the trip runs longer, each extra hour costs 20% of the trip price.
What happens if there's snow or the road is closed?
If access is closed due to snow or by order of the authorities, we refund 100% of what you paid.
