We refund 100% de lo pagado (abono o total) o cambiamos tu viaje a otra fecha o ruta disponible, como prefieras.
Less than 48 hours before
Late cancellation
No hay devolución del abono del 20%, porque cubre la jornada reservada del chofer bilingüe y el bloqueo del vehículo para ese día. Si pagaste el total, te devolvemos el 80% restante.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Message us on WhatsApp or email hola@blgo.cl with your name and the order number from your confirmation email. The 48-hour window is counted up to the scheduled pickup time.
How and when do I get my refund?
Devolvemos el monto que corresponda al mismo medio de pago que usaste al reservar, dentro de 10 business days of your request. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
Changing the date or route
You can move your trip to another available date, time or route at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. Changes are subject to availability. If the new route has a different price, we adjust the difference.
If Blgo has to cancel
If we have to cancel your trip due to force majeure (for example, a road closed by snow or by order of the authorities), we refund 100% of what you paid.
Right of withdrawal
